It should be overhauled or replaced. 3. diagnosis method of fault diagnosis of clutch slip is: tighten up the car, hang on the low speed gear, slowly relax the clutch pedal and gradually reduce the opening, the engine still does not run, indicating that the clutch is skidding. The basic reason for clutch skidding is that the friction torque of clutch main and driven parts is insufficient, and the output torque of engine can not be transmitted to transmission system. After confirming that the clutch slips, check according to the following steps: 1) check the free travel of the clutch pedal. The clutch free travel should comply with the original regulations, such as no free travel or free travel. The adjustment of the free travel of the hydraulic operated clutch is to unscrew the locking nut and adjust the push rod so as to shorten the length of the push rod until the free stroke meets the requirement.
