When a screw is used, the light switch is separated from the light switch fire line, and the light switch fire line is connected with the far and near light wiring column respectively. The near light is not bright. The fault is between the dimming switch and the headlight or to the headlight. If the light light is not bright, we should check the light of the far light indicator. If it is bright, it indicates that the fault is between the wiring board and the large lamp. If it is not bright, there is a fault between the wiring board and the light switch. If there is only one headlight and the other is not bright, it may be filament burn or wiring break, or poor grounding. The bulbs often burn down light bulbs in the process of use, the filament often burn off, the reasons are: the voltage regulator has trouble, the voltage is too high; the contact of the battery wire is bad, cause the generator no-load voltage too high; the generator armature and magnetic field coil have short circuit. If the light switch is switched on and the bulb is burnt out immediately, check whether there is a break between the charging lines. If the bulb is often burned, check whether the voltage of the generator voltage regulator is too high. When the taillight does not light the car, the other lights work normally, only the taillights are not bright. The reason may be that the taillight filament is broken, the tail light is undesirable or the taillight circuit is broken. When checking, remove the taillight bulb first and check whether the filament is burned. If the filament is good. Use the test pen or screwdriver to scrape the tail light wire line to the iron. If there is no spark, it shows that there is a circuit breaker in the taillight line; find the circuit breaker and connect the wire; if there is a spark, it indicates that the tail light is undesirable. When the brake light is not brake, the brake light of the car is not bright. The main reasons are the burning of the filament, the bad iron lap, the failure of the brake light switch, or the circuit breaker in the line. When checking, remove the brake light bulb. Check the night filament. If the filament is good. At the same time, you can use a screwdriver or a wire to scrape the wire of the brake lamp with the iron. If there is fire and the brake light is not bright, it indicates that the iron lap is bad; if there is no fire, it may be that the brake light switch is out of order or the circuit has the circuit breakage. Use a screwdriver or wire to short circuit the two terminal of the brake light switch; if the brake light is bright, the brake light switch is broken down and should be replaced or repaired. If the brake light is still not bright, the circuit has a circuit breaker to be found out. The turning light does not light up the left and right turn light switches, and the turning lights are not bright. The reason is that there is a circuit breaker in the fire line of the power supply through the flash relay to the steering switch, or the flash relay or the steering switch. The inspection steps are: check whether the flashlight relay has electric power. If there is no electricity, check whether the line is open to the power supply. If there is electricity, connect the flash relay two terminal with a screwdriver, then turn the light on, indicating that the flash relay is defective and should be replaced. If it is not bright, the flash relay should be checked. Turn on the flash relay cover and check the coil and the resistance. If the resistance is heating, and the contact can not be closed, the movable contact can be pressed. If the steering lamp is bright at this time, it indicates that the relay is defective. The contact gap should be adjusted when the gap is too large. If the active contact is pressed, the turning lamp is still not bright when the contact is closed, and the contact point can be short connected by a screwdriver. When the flash relay two terminal is short with a screwdriver, the steering light is not lighted. It may be a failure of the steering switch. When checking, you can use the screwdriver to connect the switch wire and the left and right light line terminals respectively. If the light is on, indicating that the steering switch is defective, it should be dismantled for overhaul or replacement.
