(1.) the surge of the compressor. Because of the blockage of the intake system, such as the blockage of the air filter and the dust deposition in the intake pipe, the suction resistance of the turbocharger increases, the air flow is lower than a certain value, thus causing the engine pressure to drop and fluctuate, the supercharger is drastically jitter, and the engine intake pipe has a "bombing, bombing" sound and hair. The motive power is down, the work is unbalanced, and the exhaust pipe is emitting black smoke. After surge, stop immediately and check the cleaning parts. Otherwise, the turbocharger will be damaged by vibration. (2) turbocharger vibrate and cause noise in operation. The main reason for the strong vibration in the operation of the turbocharger is due to the serious wear of the rotor shaft, which causes the vibration of the bearing clearance to increase, and the vibration and noise of the turbine and the pump wheel are damaged or the rotor dynamic balance is damaged due to the dust mud. If the noise shows the sound of metal friction, it is obviously because the bearings are loose, the turbine or the pump wheel is rubbed with the shell, or because of the deformation of the turbine and the pump wheel, and the friction between the shell and the shell. If it is cyclical noise, it may be caused by the deformation of turbine or pump wheel blades or local dust and oil deposits. (3) pressurization pressure drop. The decrease of turbocharged pressure is a comprehensive failure, and the reduction of rotor speed of turbocharger is the main reason. Generally speaking, when the engine is running at rated speed (2500 to above), the speed of the turbocharger rotor is up to 15~20, 000 rpm, so that the pressure pressure is rated. When the bearing and shaft wear, the blade deformation and damage of the turbine or the pump wheel, or the friction between the rotor and the shell causes the rotor speed to decrease, the pressure pressure drops.
