Otherwise, it should be suspected that three yuan catalytic converter or exhaust pipe blockage. Let the engine idle, use the exhaust gas analyzer to measure the CO value at this time. When the engine is working normally (the air fuel ratio is 14.7), the typical value of CO is 0.5%-1%. When using the two air jet and three element catalytic converter technology, the CO value of the idle speed is close to 0, and the maximum should not exceed 0.3%. Otherwise, the three element catalytic converter is damaged. In addition, according to empirical analysis, NOx emissions at idle speed can also help us. Normally, when the engine is working at idle speed, the millionth rate of NOx in the tail gas should not be more than 100, and the millionth rate of NOx should not be higher than 1000 in the medium and high speed stable condition. In all normal conditions of the engine, and the high content of NOx, it is doubted that the three yuan catalytic converter has a failure. In actual use, the temperature of the three element catalytic converter outlet pipe temperature is at least 38 degrees higher than that of the inlet pipe, and the temperature of the pipe is also 10% at idle speed. If the temperature of the exit and the entrance is not different or the outlet temperature is lower than the inlet temperature, it is indicated that the three yuan catalytic converter has no oxidation reaction. At this time, the two air jet pump should be checked if there is a failure. If there is no fault, the three yuan catalytic converter is damaged.
