The leakage of cars (leakage, leakage and leakage) is still a common problem for domestic cars. Vehicle leakage is mainly concentrated on three parts of air conditioning, oil circuit and waterway, so long as there is liquid flowing system, leakage may occur. Leakage is hard to find. How do we detect leakage? The following 7 kinds of common leak detection methods are introduced. 1. visual. When there are traces of oil in a system, there may be leakage points. 2. soap testing. 10-20KG / CM3 pressure nitrogen can be filled into the system, soapy water is applied to all parts of the system, and the leakage point is at the bubbling place. 3. nitrogen test. The system is filled with 10-20KG / CM3 pressure nitrogen to immerse the system into water, and the bubble point is the leakage point. 4. halogen lamp leak detection. Light the leak detection lamp and hold the air tube on the halogen lamp. The nozzle is near the possible leakage of the system, and the flame color becomes purple blue. 5. gas differential pressure leak detection. The pressure difference is amplified by sensors inside and outside the system, and the leak detection results are expressed by digital or sound or electronic signals. There are three kinds of vacuum leak detection, helium and nitrogen positive pressure leak detection. 6. electronic leak detection. Use the probe to move to all possible leakage parts. When the leak detector sends out the alarm, it indicates that there is a lot of leakage. 7. fluorescence leak detection. The principle of yellow green light is emitted by fluorescent agent under the irradiation of leak detection lamp. The fluorescent agent is added to the system in a certain proportion. After 20 minutes of operation, special glasses are put on, and the outside of the system is irradiated with a leak detector. The leakage will show bright yellow fluorescence.
