This is a common phenomenon for users to use oil. The engine adopts 3 lubrication methods: pressure cycle, splash lubrication and filling grease, also known as compound lubrication. The main bearing, connecting rod bearing, cam bearing, connecting rod bushing and rocker arm bushing adopt pressure lubrication. In the pressure system, the lubricating oil from the oil pump passes through a filter and enters an oil pipe (or a drilling head, oil tank or oil passage). The lubricating oil flows from the main oil stream to the main bearing, the cam bearing and the hydraulic valve tappet. The main bearing has an oil supply hole or oil slot. The lubricating oil is transported to the hole in the crankshaft, and the lubricating oil flows through these channels to the connecting rod bearings. Cylinder liner, piston ring and piston are lubricated by lubricating oil splashed from connecting rod bearings. The lubricating oil after lubrication flows back to the crankcase oil bottom shell, so it is constantly circulating to ensure the lubrication of each component, and the engine lubricating oil circulates about 100 times per hour. The pump shaft and charging engine shaft are lubricated regularly by adding grease. The so-called "car oil pressure alarm" light is the "oil pressure low alarm" installed on the main oil channel of the engine lubrication system. When the oil pressure of the main oil channel is low (different engine's specified value), the alarm indicator appears red light signal. The red light is related to many factors. It is a complicated problem. It involves the operating conditions of the engine, the lubrication condition of the system and the rational selection of the oil. The motor vehicle with normal technical condition is required to use qualified engine oil according to requirements, and the lubrication pressure will normally be at 0.1~0.4MPa, so as to maintain normal lubrication. When the pressure is too low, the red light should be flashed, and stop immediately to find out the cause. It can be seen that under the condition that the oil is qualified, the oil itself will not cause a bright red light accident. It is wrong for many owners to look for oil only after they appear this phenomenon. Oil in such accidents accounted for only about 5% of the factors, most of which are caused by mechanical failure or improper selection. The main reasons are as follows: 1. the car has just finished overhaul, and the first, second use of oil often has a bright red light phenomenon, mainly after the repair of the gap in the gap between the various parts of the engine. In addition, the comparison of Guan Jian's car repair master often does not approve of his own repair technology and the main spearhead of the fault point to oil. It also aggravates a considerable number of drivers' misunderstanding of the quality of the oil. In this case, the phenomenon of bright red light will disappear after changing the engine oil one or two times. If it does not exist, it is the vehicle mechanical failure has not been completely eliminated, it is necessary to re repair. 2. some drivers use the 15W/40 oil to have this phenomenon. For a brand of 40 oil or 50 oil, there is no such phenomenon. It is considered that the oil used is not good and the oil quality is poor. In fact, different grades of oil can not be compared. Oil such as "W", such as 15W/40,20W/40, is blended with low viscosity base oil to meet its low temperature performance requirements. 40,50 oil has no low temperature performance requirements. High viscosity base oil is used. In contrast, the kinematic viscosity (V40) of the latter is higher at 40 degrees and appears thicker. It is really better to prevent the light red light from the light red light than the multistage oil 15W/40. The main reason is that the oil film is thick and the seal is better. But high viscosity oil causes difficulty in starting, and is not good for energy saving.
