There are many kinds of noises in brake pads, such as high frequency squeal, low frequency howling, and dull reverberation. How do these problems come into being? When we encounter these situations, what should we do? The high frequency sound sounded sharp, and when the brake disc and the brake disc vibrate at the same frequency, they resonate and produce screams. Check calipers: whether the guide rail is lubricated smoothly, the piston oil seal has no damage; all the noise proof clips and brake pieces are suitable, the installation is correct; the brake disc is too smooth and is overused. Generally called caliper noise, it is caused by vibration of the caliper assembly, and may also be caused by the vibration of the suspension system. New car calipers or suspension system has a slight vibration, early morning sensitivity, such as winter morning, is particularly common. Check the caliper, suspension system and bushing. Usually under the condition of pedal relaxation, it is easy to cause the steering wheel to shake. The new type is easy to cause this kind of problem, caused by the difference of the thickness of the brake disc, maintaining the cage connector and checking the wear degree of the brake pad. When the brake disc is worn out, it is due to the dirty surface of the brake disc, the uneven density of the brake disc, the high working temperature, and the unmatched torque of the brake disc. Inspection: the brake disc must be checked before replacing the brake disc; the thickness of the brake disc is checked with the caliper; the fixed brake disc bolts are reinstalled; the working surface flatness of the brake disc is measured.
