TU-POLY develops and manufactures thermal-control components. Our product focus includes wax thermal actuators, heating cartridges and MAP-controlled thermostats for automotive, energy, HVAC, sanitary and industrial applications.
Wax actuators:Wax thermal actuators convert temperature change into mechanical movement and can be adapted for a range of control applications.
Heating cartridge:Heating cartridges are integrated into selected electronically controlled thermostat designs.
MAP-controlled thermostat:MAP-controlled thermostats combine a thermostat assembly with an electrical heating element for demand-led coolant control.

2002 Established the factory
Established the R&D team and built factory for the production of thermal actuators.
2006 Established the automotive department
Established the automotive department and introduced the thermostat production line. Start to enter in the automobile field.
2010 Established the electrical department
Establish the electrical department. It mainly produced automotive electronic components, including relay, bilateral metal switch, connector etc.
2013 Started to use "TU-POLY" trademark
Registered "TU-POLY" trademark and split the sales department and the production department. The production department slimmed its product line. In the same year, the R&D team started to research MAP-controlled thermostat.
2014 Quality-management milestone
The factory continued formalizing its quality-management processes for thermal actuator production.
