Thermal actuator for Control and industrial valves/Thermal shut off valve. We added an extra process to this product-chrome plating. A layer of chromium is plated on the original brass capsule of wax element. The chromium plated layer has high hardness and good chemical stability. It has no effect in alkali, sulfide, nitric acid and most organic acids. The surface layer can be hardened (above HR65) after chrome plating, high temperature resistance up to 500℃, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, and wear resistance. Once the dimension of the part is not in place, it can be achieved by chrome plating. According to the characteristics of the thermal actuator, it can achieve visual and three-dimensional effects to ensure the stable surface quality of the thermal actuator.
